Aspen CSG partners with Rural Development Hubs across the country to strengthen local leadership, align funding, and build regional capacity. Through research and peer learning, we support Hub leaders to refine strategies and apply what works across regions.
In Wisconsin, we work with Hub partners that coordinate across sectors, align resources, and connect communities to advance long-term regional strategies:
Incourage Community Foundation
Incourage Community Foundation serves South Wood County, Wisconsin, with a mission to co-create an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable community rooted in equity, opportunity, and shared stewardship. Through donor-managed funds, grants, scholarships, investments, and resident-centered initiatives, it channels financial, social, human, and moral capital into projects that strengthen local connections, expand opportunity, and build a community that works well for everyone.
Incourage Community Foundation is featured in these Aspen CSG resources: Place-Based Shareholder Engagement and The Rural Development Innovation Group at Four Years.
Greater Watertown Community Health Foundation
Greater Watertown Community Health Foundation (GWCHF) equips community change leaders with the tools they need to build strong families and thriving communities. They foster transformative change by supporting local organizations in learning, growing, collaborating, and moving their missions further. GWCHF strategically focuses its resources to “move the needle” on community health indicators. They value collaboration, maximizing community assets, and improving health over the long term. They invest in root cause solutions to create sustainable change.
WestCAP is a community action agency serving low-income families across west-central Wisconsin, dedicated to reducing poverty by building the social and economic assets of individuals and communities. Since 1965, it has provided programs such as housing assistance, food access, energy support, adult education, transportation solutions, and weatherization to promote self-sufficiency and community resilience.
Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin
The Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin serves communities in nine Southern Wisconsin counties: Crawford, Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Rock, Sauk, Vernon, and Walworth. They provide services to donors, non-profit organizations, and students in each of these counties.
