It’s not just a menu of policy ideas—it’s a tool for coalition building, advocacy, and change, showing how community-driven vision can shape durable federal and state action. Like Aspen CSG’s mission, it underscores that the strongest progress emerges when rural voices drive solutions for their own futures.
