Economic Recovery Corps

The Economic Recovery Corps Fellowship places trained fellows alongside local host organizations to advance 65 catalytic projects across rural regions, Tribal Nations, U.S. territories, and small cities. These projects address priorities such as small business growth, broadband expansion, outdoor recreation, food systems, and housing, all rooted in locally defined strategies for prosperity. By embedding capacity and fostering peer exchange, ERC ensures that communities gain both immediate support and long-term resilience. This approach complements the Aspen Community Strategies Group’s mission to elevate practitioner voices, facilitate peer learning, and drive systemic change in how resources flow to rural and Indigenous places, ensuring that local innovation shapes broader prosperity efforts.
