The CDFI Locator, hosted by the Opportunity Finance Network (OFN), is a free tool that helps individuals, organizations, and investors identify community development financial institutions (CDFIs) across the United States. CDFIs provide critical financing for microenterprises, small businesses, nonprofits, affordable housing, and community real estate projects in rural, urban, and Native communities. The locator allows users to search by geography, lending type, or organization, offering a practical entry point for entrepreneurs and community leaders seeking mission-driven capital. By increasing visibility and accessibility of CDFIs, this tool strengthens the broader ecosystem of community development finance and connects under-resourced communities with institutions dedicated to equitable economic growth.
