NCAI POLICY RESEARCH

The NCAI Policy Research Center (PRC) serves as a trusted hub for advancing research and data that improve outcomes across Indian Country. From building Tribal data capacity and strengthening research ethics, to publishing resources like Becoming Visible and the First Kids 1st Data Resource Book, PRC equips Native leaders, policymakers, and partners with actionable knowledge rooted in sovereignty and community priorities. By elevating Native-led scholarship and translating complex findings into tools Tribal Nations can use, PRC helps ensure that research serves Native peoples rather than defines them. This work complements Aspen CSG’s mission of shifting power and investing in community-driven solutions—demonstrating how rigorous, culturally grounded data can drive systemic change and equitable futures.
